Latte powders of Isokoma come from a carefully-picked collection of Japanese ingredients, ideal for latte drinks. The matcha latte powder mix has just the right balance of creaminess while the flavor of green tea still comes through.

How to Drink

Hot Latte Drink:  Pour the latte sachet and 3.5 ounces (approx. half cup) of hot water into the cup and stir well before drinking.

Iced Latte Drink: Pour the latte sachet and 2 ounces of hot water into the cup. Stir well and add some ice cubes to cool it down before drinking.

Frozen Dessert:  Pour the latte sachet and 1 ounce of hot water into the cup and stir well. Add 1 cup of ice and blend. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Ice Cream Topping: Pour the latte sachet and 1 ounce of hot water into the cup and stir well. Use a spoon to scoop mixture or pour on top of ice cream.

Asahina Matcha Green Tea

Grown and produced in the Asahina( 朝比奈) area in Shizuoka prefecture where ISOKOMA NORI headquarters and factories are located close by. Asahina is one of the best areas for farming the highest quality green tea called Gyokuro(玉露) in Japan.

This farm uses a unique technique to grow green tea plants—when the tea plants just come out, they put a sheet over covering the baby sprouts to avoid sunlight and grow the tea plants without direct sunlight entire time. By blocking the direct sunlight, it can minimize bitterness such as tannins and can increase tasty component such as “Umami”. They then process the raw tea leaves by carefully steaming and drying, and finally converting to a powder.

The grade of Matcha Green Tea is determined by its color, so if the final product of Matcha powder has more beautiful and vivid green color, it can be graded higher.
